Oh no! Something came up and you need to cancel your appointment… Not an issue, we know how things can be. However, please give us 24 hours’ notice so our tribe can move your appointment and attend to someone else! Unfortunately, if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice we’ll have to charge you for your appointment. So don’t forget!


We pride ourselves in offering complimentary consultations. Nonetheless if you fail to show up or cancel at the last minute we reserve the right to charge a £75 cancellation fee. Our Tribe are very busy and someone else would love to have your appointment.

Young LDN always recommends a course of treatments to achieve optimal results, but we also know that sometimes results will be seen quicker and things can change. For this reason, whilst courses are non-refundable, the balance of these can be transferred to other treatments.


Discounts are only valid as a stand alone offer. When another discount has already been applied no other discount can be used. We reserve the right to withdraw discounts and promotions at any time without prior written warning.


Parental consent is required.


Under 23's receive 15% off all Lab treatments other than the Young Signature Facial which is already at a highly discounted price.


We are HUGE animal lovers at Young LDN which is why we really do regret that we are unable to allow pets in the Lab for hygiene reasons.


Our Young LDN Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are pretty awesome to use in studio or online though!!


If you have a complaint please don’t hesitate to raise it in Studio with the tribe manager on duty. Alternatively, please email hello@youngldn.com


In Studio:

  • We're happy to provide you a full refund on any unopened products returned to us within 14 days in a saleable condition with the original receipt
  • Unfortunately opened products cannot be returned. However, if you've purchased one of our cosmeceutical products that has caused any adverse reaction, please come back to the studio with the product so that we can carry out an analysis, and if appropriate we can substitute the product which is causing an adverse reaction
  • Please ensure you report any adverse reaction to us within 48 hours of your appointment
  • If you've bought a treatment course and changed your mind, we're happy to refund this within 7 days of purchase as long as it is unused
  • Treatment courses that have already commenced are non refundable, but can be transferred


We value our customers highly and all purchases made through our online shop are important to us. Our tribe do their best to ensure we honour all shipping requests and you receive your items as quickly as possible. To ensure that your items reach you when you expect them to and you can get your glow on when you want to, please read the shipping policy below for online orders.


Monday – Friday 10am – 3pm GMT, excluding bank holidays

Items ordered after daily shipping hours will be processed the next business day. Items ordered on Friday after 3PM GMT, as well as items ordered Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the following Monday. We primarily ship through royal mail.

Please Note: We will not be able to refund any shipping costs


Items purchased with next day delivery shipping need to be placed before 1PM GMT in order to be processed and shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 1PM GMT will be processed and shipped the following business day. Items ordered next day delivery after 1pm on a Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.


If customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. Please note that international orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is completely out of our hands.

For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products, but the shipping cost will not be refunded.


Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and ship the remaining products when they are back in stock (usually the following day).

As all of our treatments are completely bespoke to each individual, it is important that when trying a new treatment our Tribe give you a thorough consultation. We have added a little extra time to all treatments for first timers for this consultation. Please book through the relevant link. Veterans... you know what you're doing!
