However, there are some quick-fixes you can try which help. We sat down with our Sara, our Senior Tribe member to find out her tips and tricks for achieving permeant, luminous skin
1. Stay hydrated:
Water is the key component to hydrated, bouncy skin. Think of grapes vs. raisins, which team would you rather be on? 🍇
2. You are what you eat:
Your skin is a window into your gut. A balanced, antioxidant-rich diet will not only keep you glowing on the inside but shinning right through your skin to the outside world.
3. Be sun smart:
Gone are the days of low SPF. Make sure you protect your skin from the sun all year-round, or it will age your face.
4. Invest in a good skin care regime:
Get the basics right. Cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, antioxidants, protection.
5. Monthly investments in you:
Your skin cells rejuvenate every 28 days. Give your skin some love each month with a facial or peel.
6. Facial massage:
Upwards and outwards motions; you want to train and drain your face daily in the direction you want it to stay. We highly recommend using ancient Chinese Gua Sha stones to do this.
