Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
YOUNG LDN DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICIES.

DEPOSITS.
For treatments booked, we require a deposit of 50% of the treatment value (unless stated otherwise*). This will be deducted from the overall treatment cost at check out in the studio.
Please note the deposit will be refunded if the appointment is rescheduled or cancelled in line with our cancellation policy.
*Exceptions to this rule are:
- EMFACE, Emsculpt NEO, EmTone & Exilis Ultra 360 Consultations which have a £30 refundable deposit
- YL Signature Consult & Undecided Treatment and Cryolipolysis (Fat Freezing) Consultation which have a £75 deposit
For clients with 3+ no-shows, we require a deposit of 100% of the treatment value before booking.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING.
- Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled a minimum of 48 hours’ in advance of the scheduled appointment time.
- Cancellations and rescheduling MUST be done via the Young LDN app, phone call or email to the studio.
- Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the full treatment cost being charged to you. Please note we reserve the right to charge £75 cancellation fee for all patch test and consultations.
- Any appointment missed without prior cancellation or rescheduling will result in a full fee for the missed appointment.
- If a client reschedules an appointment more than once, we will require the full treatment cost upfront.
- If a client is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you however, we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the original treatment booked.
- Any cancellations or rescheduling issues that arise due to extenuating circumstances may be discussed with the clinic on a case-by-case basis.
CARD DETAILS.
For deposit & cancellation purposes we will require the details of an active debit or credit card to be kept on your client file. At Young LDN we only have access to this card should we need to take a deposit or cancellation fee – these details cannot be accessed any other way.
