ROSACEA
Inflamed and hot, rosacea appears in a diamond shape across the face. It manifests as a red hot rash or flushing which appears most commonly on the central part of the face.

GET THE LOWDOWN ON ROSACEA.
There is no universal approach to rosacea treatment, so each and every one of us needs our own treatment programme. However, we firmly believe that the best way to treat and prevent rosacea is through combination therapy.
The causes of rosacea are still somewhat unknown and can be triggered by a variety of things. However, we do know that the Demodex mite is a primary cause. These harmless mites live on all of us, but people with rosacea tend to have them in much higher quantities. Triggers may also be hereditary or environmental. For some of you, hot, spicy foods, extreme temperatures, sunlight and the wrong cosmetic products can all play a part. Alcohol consumption can also be a large trigger.
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF ROSACEA?
This is the most common form of rosacea and appears as facial redness.
Also known as ‘Acne Rosacea’. Papulopustular manifests as bumps and pus-filled pimples that appear to be very similar to acne at first glance.
Also known as ‘acne nose’ or ;rosacea rhinophyma’, this condition is characterised by the enlargement and redness of the nose.
