Membership FAQs
Can I change my membership tier later?
Yes. Memberships can be upgraded or adjusted if your skin goals change.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM MEMBERSHIP LENGTH?
Each membership has a contract length of 3 months. Memberships cannot be cancelled until after the initial 3 months.
After the initial term, it will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled.
ARE WELLNESS THERAPIES INCLUDED?
Selected memberships include complimentary wellness therapy, and The Edit and Notting Hill Resident include unlimited DIY LED and Vegas Nerve Simulator access.
DO MEMBERSHIPS INCLUDE DISCOUNTS?
Yes. All memberships include savings on treatments and retail, with higher tiers offering increased discounts.
WHAT PROOF IS REQUIRED FOR THE NOTTING HILL RESIDENT MEMBERSHIP?
We require proof (such as a bill, bank statement, etc.) which proves you hold residence within the Notting Hill area.
ARE THERE BIRTHDAY PERKS INCLUDED?
Yes. All memberships include birthday treats, ranging from wellness add-ons to luxury gift bags depending on tier.
DO YOU HAVE A BENEFITS ROLLOVER SYSTEM?
Included services or credits will not be rolled over to the next month (exceptions made at the discretion of the manager).
Expired or unused services cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
